5. Providers storing the data

Since the French SREN Act of 21 May 2024, article 1-1 of the LCEN requires us to state, in addition to the host, the identity and address of the parties that store — even free of charge — the data processed as part of publishing the service. These are:

• Bunny Stream (BunnyWay d.o.o.) — hosting and delivery of course videos and session replays. Address: Dunajska cesta 165, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia

6. Intellectual property

Every element of the site and of the platform — course videos, vocalises, exercises, texts, illustrations, photographs, logos, trade marks, structure and code — is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of Arthur Bing or of his rights holders.

Access to a course or to a subscription grants you a strictly personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, for your own training purposes. It transfers no ownership right to you.

The following are prohibited unless authorised in writing beforehand:

• reproducing, downloading, screen-capturing or recording the videos and the vocalises, by any means whatsoever;
• redistributing, making available, sharing, reselling or publicly broadcasting the content;
• sharing your login credentials, which amounts to giving a third party access to the content;
• extracting or re-using a substantial part of the content, including for the purpose of training an automated system.

Any unauthorised use may engage your civil and criminal liability for infringement.

7. Personal data and cookies

The processing of your personal data is described in the privacy policy, which can be reached from the footer of the site and of the platform.

In short: no advertising cookie, no audience measurement tool and no tracker is set. One exception, set out in the privacy policy: a coach's profile page may embed a YouTube video, and displaying it passes your IP address to Google — with no cookie unless you start playback. The only cookies used are those strictly necessary for the service to work (keeping you signed in), together with local storage of your display preferences. To this is added a technical record of page display times, with no cookie and no visitor identifier, described in the privacy policy. That is why you are never shown a consent banner.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data, which you can exercise at contact@arthurbing.fr.

8. Consumer mediation

In accordance with articles L612-1 and L616-1 of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to refer a dispute arising from a contract concluded with a trader to a consumer ombudsman, free of charge, with a view to settling it amicably.

After sending a written complaint to contact@arthurbing.fr, and failing a satisfactory answer within two months, you may refer the matter to the following ombudsman:

Arthur Bing endeavours to keep the information published accurate and up to date, without being able to guarantee that it is exhaustive. The teaching content is provided for vocal training purposes: it is not a diagnosis, an opinion or a medical treatment.
