The Pro subscription covers the platform — the courses and the vocalises. One-to-one video coaching is booked on its own, as single sessions, as a bundle, or as a monthly plan, depending on the pace you want to keep. The two go together: the platform to work on your own, coaching to be corrected.

Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Cancelling takes one click from your account, with no reason to give. Your access stays open until the end of the period you've already paid for — nothing is cut off overnight.
What does the founder rate mean?
It's the price reserved for the first 100 subscribers, and it's locked for life as long as your subscription stays active: even if the public price goes up, yours doesn't move. Once the 100 places are taken, it's no longer offered — and you can't get it back if you cancel.
Can I switch from monthly to annual (or the other way round)?
Yes, from “My Pro subscription” in your account. Switching keeps your founder rate.
Is one-to-one coaching included?
No. Sessions with a coach are booked separately, one at a time or as a monthly plan. The Pro subscription covers the platform: courses and vocalises.
Do I have to pay to create an account?
No. The account is free and gives you the free content. The Pro subscription only opens the whole paid catalogue.
What about the right of withdrawal?
Since access opens immediately, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal at the moment of payment — that's the trade-off for instant access, and you're the one who confirms it, tick box and all.
